The water supply for domestic drinking needs is from the street water supply. The installation for draining the climate units and gas boilers is included in the building's drainage system via a constructed network of funnels, drainage grates, and PVC pipes for carrying away all rainwater. The drainage of domestic and rainwater from the building is into the street sewer.

Electrical installation
